Janice was excellent, friendly and helpful I had a delivery issue where the delivery driver left my parcel down the lane against a post rather than deliver it to my address!
I initially dealt with Caitlin who was a waste of space and let the company down.
I then spoke to Janice who saved the day and used common sense, very helpful and will certainly use again.
