DBS Bathrooms – A message to our customers

First and foremost, the safety of all our staff and customers is of paramount importance. We are continuing to monitor the situation daily to be able to provide a safe environment for all during these unprecedented times. We have implemented strict social distancing guidelines and instructed most of our staff to work from home where possible. All workstations and areas are vigorously daily to provide a safe environment for our limited staff.

Our online business will remain open and operate as normal while it is safe to do so, in line with Government advice.

Home Deliveries

Our delivery services are currently running as normal. We would advise customers to keep a close eye on their scheduled delivery times to avoid any unnecessary disruption. If possible, a mobile number should be left on your order so you can be provided with SMS updates from our delivery partner. During these times, we would kindly ask all customers to allow an extra day for delivery on our standard and free delivery services.

Showroom & Collections

Due to Government Guidelines, we have temporarily closed our showroom to protect both our staff and customers.

During this time, no customers will be allowed onto the premises and no orders for collections can take place. All orders are to be placed online for delivery with a courier company.

When it is safe to do so, our showroom will be back up and running.
