I thank you for your attention to our enquiry, and for the prompt presentation of quotes to completely refurbish our bathroom.
I am embarrassed to say that, after extremely careful consideration we have decided not to go ahead with the job.
Both you and your staff gave us excellent service, and I am genuinely sorry that circumstances, beyond our control, have forced us to put this expenditure on hold for the foreseeable future.
Please be assured it was in no way the quality or price of your products that brought about the reversal of our decision.
I am sorry to have taken up your valuable time and possibly raised false hopes that we may have done a deal.
It will come as very little consolation for you to know that I would have no hesitation in recommending your quality product and service to friends and colleagues.
